Membership FAQs

Select the appropriate category of membership (active, associate, physicist, etc.) then complete and submit an application form along with verification and payment (if applicable).

Once you submit your application with payment (if applicable) and form of verification, it will be reviewed by RSNA. You will be notified within 5 working days about your application status.

The membership cycle is from January 1 to December 31, regardless of your enrollment date.

Auto renewal makes charging your annual membership dues easy. Charges will be applied automatically in October for the upcoming year and we will email you a receipt.

Sign up for auto renewal by checking the auto renewal boxes at the bottom of the online payment page, or call RSNA membership 1-877-776-2636 (U.S. or Canada) or 1-630-571-7873 (outside U.S. or Canada) with a credit card and we will set it up for you.

Yes! We offer group billing for institutions or groups to pay for all their doctors’ membership dues with one invoice. Contact us at customerservice@rsna.org for more information.

We know our members increasingly enjoy the convenience of accessing our peer-reviewed journals online, and we all continue to take steps to reduce our environmental impact. In consideration of these evolving priorities, Radiology and RadioGraphics will soon be available exclusively online. The final RadioGraphics print issue will be the Nov./Dec. 2022 issue. The final Radiology print issue will be its 100th anniversary issue in January 2023.

Your membership application, including a form of verification and payment, must be received by September 28 in order for you to advance register for the annual meeting at the free member rate. Members can register for the annual meeting for free until October 2. The member registration rate after October 2 is $100.

RSNA does not distribute or release contact information of its members; however, if you are a current member you may access the online membership directory.

We offer a variety of ways to get involved with RSNA. Learn more about volunteer committee opportunities or find microvolunteering opportunities that can be completed in short periods of time.

To log in to your online account, you need to enter your RSNA username and password. By default, your username is your RSNA member ID and your default password is your last name (all lower case) unless you changed it.

If you have forgotten your password, reset it.

Your member ID number is printed on:

• Your dues renewal statement
• The mailing label from your issue RadioGraphics or Radiology
