Hands-on Breast US Biopsy
Part of RSNA’s Simulation Lab series of hands-on training, this 90-minute course is designed to familiarize participants with equipment and techniques in US-guided interventional breast procedures including biopsy and needle localization. Participants will review basic principles of ultrasound guidance and performance of minimally invasive breast biopsies and practice hands-on techniques. The course will focus on the understanding and identification of optimal positioning for biopsy, imaging of adequate sampling confirmation and potential pitfalls. Advance purchase is required and can be completed through the RSNA 2022 registration website.

Hands-on Pediatric Musculoskeletal US
Part of the RSNA Simulation Lab series of hands-on training, this 90-minute course is designed to review the anatomy and common MSK conditions, and practice hands-on scanning techniques in three pediatric joints: the elbow, hand and ankle. A demonstration of dynamic scanning to better illustrate the anatomy of soft tissue and osteochondral components and to highlight the distinction of soft tissue structures will be conducted. Participants will discuss pathologies in these joints including common pediatric pathologic MSK conditions and can practice scanning using guidelines for US protocol. Advance purchase is required and can be completed through the RSNA 2022 registration website.

The Imaging AI in Practice demonstration is an interoperability demonstration that showcases new technologies and communication standards needed to integrate AI into the diagnostic radiology workflow.

The demonstration uses real-world clinical scenarios and interoperability standards to demonstrate new tools and practice enhancements enabled by AI.

RSNA AI Deep Learning Lab
Classes in the RSNA AI Deep Learning Lab provide attendees with the opportunity to engage with deep learning tools, write basic algorithms, learn how to organize data for implementation and improve their general knowledge of AI technology.

Put your diagnostic skills to the test and participate in two competitive RSNA Case Collection review sessions. Moderated by members of the editorial board, the interactive gaming sessions will contain the best of the Collection’s teaching cases, with each game focusing on a different set of subspecialties.
